Removable Adhesive Label--Residue-Free
Budget-friendly Self-Adhesive Labels have undergone a practical upgrade. The newly launched easy-tear version, by optimizing the edge cutting process, has raised the hand peeling success rate from 62% of traditional models to over 95%, allowing for easy removal without any tools. This improvement specifically addresses the operational pain points of small businesses when frequently replacing price tags.
The core of this design lies in the addition of a micro lifting part (micro-lifting section) on the base layer. Through pre-pressed dividing lines and local hardening treatment, the corners of the label naturally lift when force is applied. Tests show that the time taken by a cashier to replace price tags on an entire shelf has been reduced from the original 23 minutes to 15 minutes, and the probability of adhesive residue remaining after peeling has decreased by 70%.It avoids the packaging waste caused by the residual glue of traditional labels and indirectly reduces the material loss of merchants.
What is more appealing is that this practical improvement has not significantly increased costs. By adjusting the parameters of the die-cutting process, this design can be implemented on existing production equipment. Currently, the easy-tear design covers mainstream promotional label colors such as red and blue, meeting the identification needs of discounted products.
