RCEP Fuels Growth as EcoRise's Thermal Paper and Other Products Embrace New Export Prospects

2025-04-07

Since the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) came into effect, it has served as a powerful catalyst for regional economic and trade cooperation. As an important force in the national paper industry, EcoRise has reaped substantial policy dividends from this favorable agreement.

Take our thermal paper and other products as an example. When exporting to RCEP member states such as Indonesia and Thailand, the import tariff of the importing country has been slashed from 5% to zero. In 2023 alone, we benefited from over 10 million yuan in tariff preferences. This has not only significantly reduced the overseas customs clearance cost of our products but also provided greater flexibility in our shipping arrangements. As a result, our order - receiving pressure has been alleviated, and the sales volume of thermal paper and other products has soared by 5,000 tons compared to last year.

The RCEP region, with its vast population, large GDP, and significant volume of goods trade accounting for approximately 30% of the global share, offers an expansive market for paper-making enterprises to expand their overseas footprint. At EcoRise, we are determined to seize this historic opportunity.

We are continuously refining our product portfolio, investing in state-of-the-art equipment to enhance product quality. In addition, we are ramping up our marketing efforts in the RCEP region, forging strategic partnerships with local distributors and customers. By doing so, we aim to further boost our competitiveness in the international market and drive our business to new heights. In the near future, we plan to establish local service centers in key RCEP markets. These centers will not only enable us to provide better service to our customers but also help us gain a more profound understanding of local market demands, allowing us to tailor our products and services to meet the specific needs of each market.
